These gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are redeemable only for standard escape room games at our Thornes Lane Wharf location. They cannot be used at the Ridings Shopping Centre, and only vouchers purchased for this location are valid here. Gift vouchers are not redeemable towards The Great Loudini – Live Edition.

Peak vouchers are valid for weekend bookings (Saturday–Sunday) and may also be used on off-peak days (Monday–Friday).

Off-peak vouchers are valid for Monday–Friday bookings and may be used on weekends, subject to payment of any price difference at the time of booking.

All vouchers must be used in full in a single booking. Any unused value cannot be refunded, transferred, or issued as credit. If the total booking value exceeds the voucher value, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of booking. Vouchers are non-refundable and have no cash alternative.

Gift vouchers are priced at adult rates, and child discount pricing cannot be applied when redeeming a gift voucher. A child is defined as aged 12 and under. For example, if you are booking for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children aged 12 or under) and wish to use a gift voucher, a team of 4 voucher must be purchased. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed against bookings made using adult + child discounted pricing. Children are very welcome to play, but when using a gift voucher, all players must be booked under adult pricing, and no refunds or credit will be given for any unused value.
